Ralph Clare is Vice President of Merchandising Operations at Walmart stores Inc.; number one in the Fortune 500 list of companies. He is also co-founder and general partner of R.O.K. Holdings, an investment company located in Bentonville Arkansas. After graduating from high school, Ralph attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Three years later, he spent the final semester of his fourth year studying abroad in Valencia, Spain. In the fall of 2006 Ralph attended Missouri State University in Springfield Missouri, graduating with an MBA in 2008. Following graduation, Ralph began work in June of 2008 at Walmart Inc. in Bentonville, Arkansas. Starting as a project manager, he went on to serve in numerous financial capacities throughout his career at Walmart. His roles have included segment financial reporting & analysis, merchandise finance & strategy, store operations finance and currently, business analytics and strategy. Ralph is married to Lauren N. Clare, founder of The Allie Lauren Project and founder of Clare & Co.
