He is a graduate of Temple Christian High School. Richard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada where he was an active member of the Business Society and a Masters of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida. Richard joined CFAL in 2006 as a full time employee in the Reconciliation Department and was promoted to Operations Supervisor in 2009. Richard has responsibility for the Reconciliation Department and also the back office operations of the company ensuring its day to day functioning. In September 2010, Richard was selected as the Program Co-ordinator for the CFAL Junior Investor Education Program which he still currently chairs. The program under his guidance has expanded from New Providence to Grand Bahama and Andros and provides an opportunity for high school students to gain exposure to the financial industry. Richard is a member of Bahamas Faith Ministries Int’l and is actively involved in the Media Department. Richard is married to Reonda R. Pinder (nee Evans).
