Talia Pinder was born on the beautiful island of Nassau Bahamas to the proud parents of the late Dr. Richard H. Pinder & Pastor Sheena Pinder. She grew up in a very tight knit family, having one older brother, Richard Jr. Talia’s parents were the local Fellowship Pastors of Bahamas Faith Ministries International, where she attended church, and where she first accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Talia attributes all that she is today to both the love and support of her parents and her church family. Talia attended Temple Christian High School where she received her High School Diploma in 2005. She started developing a love for the hospitality industry in her late high school years, which led her to the College of the Bahamas upon graduating where she would begin her journey towards a degree in Culinary Arts. In 2007, Talia enrolled in Lincoln Culinary Institute (formerly Florida Culinary Institute) where she received an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Management, graduating with honors. During her time in college, Talia started to develop a passion for Event Planning and decided to embark on an event planning certification which she received in 2009. Talia returned home in 2010, after graduating college, where she worked at the world-renowned Nobu Restaurant at the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort for three years. In 2013, she decided to take a break from the hospitality industry and join her family at Myles Munroe International as their Conference Manager and it is a decision she has never regretted.
